Love our Cuisinart Green Gourmet

My husband and I bought a Green Gourmet dutch oven a couple of years ago. Based on its performance we decided to replace our old, flaky teflon cookware with all Green Gourmet. We are more than happy with our decision. There are some adjustments we have made--Green Gourmet conducts heat very well so lower temps are recommended so food doesn't burn, the non-stick is REALLY non-stick so flipping eggs and pancakes can be an adventure as they take off in flight. But we really like this product a lot.

So glad Betty Crocker Store had this on sale. It's the best Non-stick cookwear I've had yet.Now my daughter wants a set!

In my quest for cookware with healthy non-stick cooking surfaces, I have purchased evey pan recommended by the health experts, many of them very expensive pans. NONE of them perform or clean up like these. These pans not only heat quickly and evenly, they're light AND they're a total breeze to clean. Just a wipe and a swish and they're clean. They are truly amazing. I have now donated all my other pans to Goodwill. These are the Best! I read all the reviews before I bought these and some complained that you cannot stack them. I just put a cardboard spacer between them. No problem!
