This is definitely the best cookware I've ever owned. I have bought all kinds of Teflon pots and pans and had to contemplate spending 300.00 on pans. I'm so glad I did because the quality of this product is terrific. The instructions for care and recommendations were thorough! I would recommend this to anyone!

It took a couple of times to remember that I no longer needed to add oil or butter to my non-stick to cook food. But when I did, it was a joy to cook with again. I also found that I could reduce the temperatures needed to cook with as these pans produced much better heat distribution. My pans preheated quicker, heated more evenly and made cooking so much easier. They clean up great - no more soaking of pans because food stuck to my non-stick pans. And the self pouring and straining was great - no digging out a strainer to drain foods to put back in the pan/pot to finish preparation. That means less cleanup afterwards. I really enjoy cooking again. Glad I made these pans my replacements and I would recommend them to anyone - from expert chef to the beginning cook. Great tools always make a job easier.

Calphalon has made cooking easier and my food taste better. It makes cooking fun and inspires me to try new recipes. My old pots and pans have left the building! I don't even think they were pots & and pans. In fact, I just think they were junk pounded into the shape of cookware. I am so happy with this set. It's the smartest purchase I've made in years. Bravo!

I looked in all of the stores and loved the Simply Calphalon set with the drain holes in the lids. This model was sold out as it was days before Christmas. I ordered it on line and got it the day before the holiday. I have used nearly every piece with great success with both the cooking and cleaning.
