I was very excited about a quick option for iced coffee, but am very disappointed with this product. It is too sweet. Perhaps you could reformulate without sugar.

The VIA Iced Coffee is delicious!! I like it slightly weaker than what the package calls for, so I just add a little extra water. I actually put 3 packages into a pitcher, add water, and use my hand-mixer to make sure everything is well blended! Then, I have the perfect hot-day beverage any time of day! Thank you!

This product was as easy to fix as it was to drink. It isn't necessary for the coffee to be ice cold, so this works well for me. Good, rich flavor.

I liked the coffee for days I don't feel like driving into town. The coffee had a good flavor, but If I'm near a Starbucks you can bet I'm gonna get a real one!

I love this new Via Iced Coffee. My only complaint is when you tear the packet open to dispense the coffee, the hole is too small. I end up using a scissor to make it bigger.

I usually make ice coffee at work to drink, but icing the hot coffee always waters it down. I've been taking these little gems into work... its so much easier and tastier to enjoy iced coffee! I just mix up a packet in a bottle of water and whenever the mood strikes I pour some over ice and a little bit of cream or milk. Some coffee drinkers who like their iced coffee a little sweeter might want to add a packet or two of sugar or sweetener, but I find it to be the perfect amount of sweetness! These things are all the rage in our office right now!

I'm really glad Starbucks came out with iced VIA. I love the regular VIA too but living in Arizona, it's convenient & nice to have it iced. When I'm in a hurry (which is often), it's very handy to take a VIA with me or whip up a quick one & go. i would love to see a VIA shaker tumbler that you can put the iced VIA packets into (like the regular VIA shaker tumbler). I've been recommending this product to everyone! Thanks!
