Excellent Instant Ice Coffee

This product is fantastic.

I had $5 left on a gift card recently, and decided to give these a try. I'll admit to being skeptical at first; both about the flavor and how well the coffee would dissolve. As it turns out, the coffee dissolved completely without a problem and it tastes fine (slightly too bitter for me, but that's nothing a little creamer won't fix). I definitely love the convenience of this product. I'm not a huge coffee drinker; mostly because I'm the only one in my house who does, so dragging everything out just to make one or two cups the regular way is annoying. With the VIA packets I just add water, stir, throw in a few ice cubes, and I'm done. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the packets. The box says there's only five servings, but each packet has enough coffee for TWO 8oz. cups - perfect if you're not a huge coffee drinker who just wants a small kick to start the day. Not to mention that by using the coffee this way you get TEN servings for $5, or just $.50 a cup, which is a STEAL in my opinion. Would definitely buy again and recommend to everyone.

Very Convenient

For the price, this is a great iced coffee alternative. Combined with the mug, it's easy to put together and requires virtually no time for preparation. If you want higher quality coffee, get it fresh, but otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about this coffee.

I absolutely LOVE this product!!!

I like to make it into an iced latte, add a little vanilla syrup, ice and 16 oz. milk and you have a wonderful drink!!!!

best ever iced coffee!!

This is a staple in my house and at work. It is great in the afternoon when you need a pick up. Mixes well with milk and mocha and other flavors, Good to take on trips so you don't have to endure bad hotel ice coffee drinks with mystery chemicals.

Could use a bit more sweetener but overall I could still drink it without adding more.

VIA is an excellent and very tasty product. Superb! My main concern is that Starbuck's will stop producing this product, a concern that developed when I ordered more of it online and received a vaguely worded statement that said "available for order at this time" or something similar. This implication of an end to VIA made me infer that you might consider terminating this product's life. As a customer, I live in the Sonoran Desert of Phoenix, AZ, where iced coffee, like iced tea, is a year-round beverage. We need it, actually. Please consider those of us in the warm/hot areas of the country before ending VIA. You may want to cut the colder parts of the country off, and just sell it to those of us in the hot states! Perfect for on the go

I drink this everyday! I mix it with light vanilla soy milk and milk. It's yummo! I actually add a little more sweet agave. It would be nice if they make it with less sweet, sweet and very sweet :)hehe Anyhow, love it!

VIA Iced Coffee is excellent! Just the right amount of sweetness and it's refreshing and simple to fix. Another great product from Starbucks!

Iced Via is a coffe that stands up well to ice on a hot summer day. Doesn't lose flavor, doesn't taste watery after the ice begins to melt. My favorite Via!

Refreshing in the Florida Heat

Perfect to put in my Venti cold cup, wish the packets were not two servings though. Serving size would not be an issue if the packets came unsweetened so I could decide what and how much sweetener to add to my coffee.

Need a unsweetened variety

I usually prefer sweetened coffee however this was way too sweet...almost undrinkable.

No other brand of coffee wil do

Like all their other coffees, no one can beat the iced coffee either!

Iced Via

Mixes well with cold water; just wish they could have left the sweetner out, as I don't add sugar to my coffee.

OK. Not great.

The flavor is good, and it's nice that there's a little sweetener in the packet, too. But it's just not a good value for the money. It's almost twice the price per serving of the regular VIA. It's just a few pennies less than actually getting freshly brewed coffee at Starbucks. It might be useful if you're camping or somewhere outside of civilization, but if you've got electricity, it makes more sense to use the VIA Italian Roast and just add ice.

What's wrong with just plain coffee?

The taste was fine. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product is presweetened! I typically drink my coffee black or with minimal sugar. I'd rather it be sold plain, giving me the option to add sweetener to my desired preference.

tastes good

it tastes pretty good when you add the right amount of water. just like a real starbucks iced coffee, which is nice. but its way too expensive at this price point. if it were half as much i would buy it all the time

TOO SWEET

I was disappointed that the product was way TOO SWEET and and a bold enough coffee flavor. Since I bought two packs , I will add very bold coffee to add to the flavor and dilute the sweetness as not to waste my purchase.
