I used this roaster yesterday for the first time, it was wonderful. The v-rack was the perfect size for my 20lb bird, The clean up was great. There was very little scrubbing or hard work involved. Even with the rack it practically cleaned itself after soaking in hot water for a few minutes. This is my 1st piece of Rachael's cookware and I will be buying more as I can afford it.

would like it better if I could put the pan on the stove top in order to make gravy, and also put it in the dishwasher.

We used this on thanksgiving. We roasted 2 3lb turkey breast& they fit perfectly. With the nonstick it was an easy clean up. I can't wait to use it to make brownies or lasgna in it!
