These fit perfectly in my convection oven. Now I can bake in summer without heating up the house. I live in a 100 year old farmhouse in Florida that has no AC, so this is a real sweat saver. Priscilla

This was my first purchase of this brand bakeware. It is absolutely fabulous for cokkies, muffins, biscuits. I did spritz cookies with sprinkles. Where the sprinkles spilled over onto the plan, it was very easy to clean off before baking. I simply tipped the cookie sheet and the sprinkles rolled off without impacting the cookies. The baking was uniform, cookies were easy to remove, and cleanup was a breeze.

Nothing ever sticks to Doughmakers! Food just slides off and you never have to use cooking sprays or oil it! I plan on eventually replacing all my baking pans with Doughmakers!!!

Small size allows for flexibility. 2 sheets fit side by side in my Miele oven. May not be large enough for general use, though.
