Doughmakers Cookie Sheet

I love the Doughmakers products. The small cookie sheets are a great size when preparing a meal for only one or two people. So glad I made the purchase and will be ordering other Doughmaker items.

I have the larger size and my new oven was not big enough. So we bought the smaller version, and they work great. Clean up really well too!

Small size allows for flexibility. 2 sheets fit side by side in my Miele oven. May not be large enough for general use, though.

This was my first purchase of this brand bakeware. It is absolutely fabulous for cokkies, muffins, biscuits. I did spritz cookies with sprinkles. Where the sprinkles spilled over onto the plan, it was very easy to clean off before baking. I simply tipped the cookie sheet and the sprinkles rolled off without impacting the cookies. The baking was uniform, cookies were easy to remove, and cleanup was a breeze.
