I have the larger size also and love them all. I don,t have to cover my old sheets with foil anymore.These are beautiful and I have thrown away all my old cookie sheets.

I have gotten rid of every other baking sheet I had. Things cook so perfectly, and brown evenly. When I bake my oven fries, I no longer have to add a drizzle of olive oil, if I do they don't brown as well.

I love the Nonstick Crispy Sheet (10x15 in.) I wish there was a baking rack that fit it as well. I have the larger baking sheet with a rack, but it will only fit in my oven one way. If I turn it the other way, I can't close my oven door. So having a baking rack for the 10x15 sheet would be nice for the smaller amounts I cook on a daily basis. I use the bigger sheet pan when we have company.

I like this so much I will be ordering more in the other sizes available. The silicone grips make it easy to to take out of the oven, the non-stick cleans like a breeze. When I used it to make my oven fries I realized that I didn't need the drizzle of oil I normally use.

I like these pans very much; however, they were longer than I expected. The handles added to their length and they will not fit into my new wall oven.
