Whether you've got a heavy Bundt cake laden with fruits and nuts or a few paper-thin wafers, this sturdy cooling rack will keep your baked treats high and dry. It's constructed with tightly spaced grids that provide even support, and has four feet that stand 1/2" above the counter. Because the feet are softly rounded, they won't scratch polished countertops. The rack's surface and size (10" x 16") are ideal when you've got batch after batch of cookies coming out of the oven; we recommend you buy at least two so that each cookie has plenty of room to cool.

Purchased two of these to use side-by-side in my new warming oven; together they measure 20x16, just the right size to fit in the oven. They feel sturdy and the coating seems to minimize rattling and sliding when in use. Although advertised as "cooling racks", they work just fine in the oven.

You get your money's worth

So I was impressed with this cooling rack but you get your money's worth. I find it too small to cool cakes on but it does the job with a small batch of cookies. Good for the beginning baker.

This cooling rack is the perfect size. It holds a muffin pan nicely, and is so easy to store, thanks to its low profile. Just what I needed. Would recommend toothers.

RACK IS GOOD COMPARED TO OTHERS THAT ARE ONLY STRAIGHT LINES AND NOT A GRID.

WOULD HAVE LIKED A LITTLE MORE FINISHING ON THE PIECE, BUT IT IS FUNCTIONAL

Great fit on the Crispy Sheet

by Karen, TX
July 14, 2010

I use this on the Crispy Sheet when baking oven fries. I love it. I can bake both sides at one time and don't have to turn the oven fries over since it allows it to bake on both sides at the same time.

After watching the show and seeing Rachel Ray use this in her baking sheets we decided we needed to try it. We are very pleased with them. Would recomend them to everyone that wants to bake meat in the oven.

Nice Rack

by Anne, NM
August 18, 2007

Cookies do not fall through this rack. It cools quickly. My only complaint is it doesn't come with a pan to set the rack on when I'm using it for an icing rack or to let coated chicken drain. It's a good size, but I do have two for one batch of cookies.

Bacon Lover's Dream

by Karen, TX
April 10, 2010

I usually buy those cheap cooling racks at the dollar store and can only get one use out of them before they get gunked up after washing. So I purchased this cooling rack with the thought of getting 4-5 uses before having to toss out. I think I got my money's worth. Not only do I still have it and use it regularly, but it is still in wonderful condition. Money well spent.

I have been looking for a cooling rack this size for almost a year and there is no store in this area that has had one. Foodnetwork Store will not be my last resort next time I looking for something specific.

These racks are great!

After we saw these racks on the RR show when she cooked twice baked french fries and oven fried chicken we wanted them. They are the best racks. There are others out there that are similar but RR has them beat hands down. You won't be sorry when you purchase them. Thanks RR for designing such a great product.

Crossed racks - the only ones to use for...

by Pamela, FL
January 11, 2007

Crossed hatch racks are the only ones to use for cookies - standard horizontal slots make cookies fall through when cooling.

This rack is sturdy, easy to clean and unlike other standard metal racks, my cakes don't stick to them (I pop them on there upside down).

Perfect for every sized items. The openings are approximately 5/8in. square so nothing falls through. Very good product!

A gift

by Thelma, NC
May 26, 2009

The cooling racks were a gift for my daughter-in-law and were just what she wanted. She had had another brand but they were rusting; then she discovered these which are not suppose to rust. She has used them only once thus far. It is too early to tell how they will hold up.

Nice design. Convenient size. Square grid design does not flex very much. Non-stick surface works well. I liked the first one so much that I bought another one.

These racks are big enough and sturdy enough for everything I bake. The close spacing of the grid pattern keeps my cookies from sagging the way they did with my previous racks - I like my cookies soft so they are very tender when just baked which is no problem now!
