Heavy duty griddle

This is a heavy-duty, well constructed griddle. Cuisinart has thoughtfully included a pour spout in one corner for oil, etc., although you do not need oil--it truly in non-stick. Great tool.

I was looking to replace my Anolon two burner griddle (it had lasted about 1 1/2 yrs) and I wanted something that was "green". This griddle has just come out and is great I hope Cooks Illustrated uses it in it's next review of stove-top griddles. Has the same dimensions of the Anolon but the surface is beautiful Pancakes brown beautifully bacon cooks perfectly, I haven't noticed any hot spots, but I did notice that I don't have to turn the burners has high on this pan. Plus I didn't know until I got it that it comes with a Life Time Warranty! Whoo Hoo..

Truely non-stick! Had to chase the pancakes to flip. Great for grilled cheese sandwiches. the Large handles make it hard to store

We purchased a new range, with an oval center burner. I needed the stove top grill for that burner.
The grill fits perfectly. I am very happy with my selection.
