Would recommend it to any and all. Just need to let it really heat up to give an even heat through out the entire surface.

Everything seemed perfect about this product--immersible after removing electric cord, weight of the product was light, cleaning easy, storage easy, heating seemed even overall (and hot enough). Only distraction was the turning controls on the electric plug-in--a little bit awkward to get to and a little difficult to turn the temperature control knob. Seems that the ridges should be a little higher on the knob for easier turning. Very satisfied otherwise!

Our old griddle was 10 years old, heavy and awkward. When we first took this out of the box, we were surprised at how lightweight it was (and small compared to our old one) and we were worried if it could perform as well as our old one. The first use quelled all our worries. This grill performed as advertised. It heated up quickly and evenly, and even though it looked small, it fit eight regular sized pancakes.

I used it for the first time on Christmas morning. While the griddle cooked very evenly, as promised, it seemed unable to hold a consistent 300 degree temp for bacon and the temperature had to be increased every few minutes. It took far longer than with my previous (inexpensive) griddle and did not cook as well. I will return it immediately after the holidays, along with the same item ordered as a gift.
