I made over 20 cheese cakes for my daughter's wedding reception with these pans and they were great. My only problem was that I didn't have time for the cake to cool longer than 30 min. before I took it out of the pan so I got a few burns on my arm taking them out. The pans have had some serious use and are still just like new.

This is such a great cake pan and especially great if you're making cheesecake. The only inconvenience I found with this product is that you'll have to push the bottom part of the pan all the way up to get the cake out. An amateur baker like me will be scared if the cake fell out, but overall it is a very good pan. It doesn't rust and you can clean easily.

I love the pan. It bakes a perfect cheesecake. I bake several cheesecakes for the church fish frys. The flat bottom makes it easy to remove the cheesecake to
a serving platter. Another plus the pan was made here in the USA.

Quality

I ordered the 9" and the 10" pans and received both quickly. Also, both pans were of professional quality and work great. I would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about making cheesecakes. I have used springform pans in the past, but these pans bakes more evenly and the release after baking was great.

As a pastry chef I use this pan on a daily basis and find that it consistently performs to my standards. I have several and would not use any other. It works well for cheesecakes, coffeecakes and just about any other cake or pastry.

I bought this pan to make a Cake that called for a 10-inch springform pan. I was in a certain price range so I opted for this pan instead. It worked perfectly and the cake (A Black Forest Cake) came out just like the picture. I also have more use for this type of pan.

I recently purchased the 10 x 3 round cheesecake pan to use in making my daughter's wedding cake. She doesn't like icing so didn't want a traditional cake. She does however love ice cream so had a three layer ice cream wedding cake. Each layer had a coating of vanilla ice cream which became the outside of the cake and the cakes each had a different flavour inside. The cake looked great, tasted terrific and using the cheesecake pan made removing the cake layer so easy. I was very pleased with the pan, it's durability and how easily it cleaned up. I am sure that I will use the pan often.

much better than spring form!

by Adrienne, MA
August 19, 2010

Since switching to a light metal cheesecake pan (vs. my old dark coated spring form pan) my cheesecakes have been baking evenly and coming out of the pan looking beautiful! Anyone who is still using spring form, I highly recommend switching. No moving parts means nothing to break.

Sturdy Cheesecake Pan

by Peggy, ID
May 9, 2012

I was impressed with sturdiness of this pan, esp. considering the price. One of the features that appealed to me was the fact there is no coating on the pan. I have already recommended this pan to friends. It is difficult to find a 10" cheesecake pan.........so this was a wonderful find!
