this is my 1st time woking and I may be a little slow at but its fantastic this wok is perfect for 1&3 people. great size not stainless steel, easy to clean

love this pan! it's a good weight, certainly handle-able by the cook! i was surprised at its heat capacity (i'm a chemist!).... even after i shut the burner off, the contents still continued quietly bubbling, not cooking, but staying warm. i've never seen this before! the seasoning was welcomed and made both cooking and cleaning up quite easy. it's also a wonderful size for cooking a one-dish meal. i actually love it!

The Joyce Chen cast iron wok outperforms any teflon wok I've owned; vegetables, etc., cook quickly and evenly at medium-high heat. I do wish it were just an inch larger in diameter and height. Other than that, it's perfect.

This was a gift and at first I thought it was too small but it was recieved well ! i loved the lightness of it and the flat bottom. would love this for myself !!
