As with other reviews, removing the pattie after pressing requires some finger work to pull it out (the patties stick to the press). It does, however, create some very uniform and visually attractive patties.

I used it once so far. I may not had enought hamburger in it I don't know, My hamburger fell apart. It may take a few times to get it right. It did seem to cook even.

I like the circular ridges because you can press spices in there. Edges of burger come out a little raggedy, but can be smoothed out when you remove it from the press. I used spray can oil before putting the meat in. It's easier to get out, but you have to spray every time you put in new meat.
