Make the perfect hamburger everytime. This double hamburger press will form two perfect 4.5-in round half-pound burgers without any hassles. The rings pressed into the patties helps the cooking process and lets the fat drain more easily without drying out your patties.

  • Double Hamburger Press

Actually, I like Tupperware's better. They have a press and individual holders for the burgers for freezing. Unless I'm doing something wrong, it is hard to get the chuck out of the press without ruining the shape of it.

    I recommend this product.

The Charcoal Companion hamburger press is the best for the money. I bought one at a department store for my home in Florida. I liked it so much that I looked for it when we came back to our summer home in Connecticut. Couldn't find one in any local stores, so I searched online and found it at cooking.com. I especially like the grooves that the press makes, because they make grilling easier and the rubs I like to use settle nicely into them.

    I recommend this product.

  • If you use it correctly it works great

What a handy gizmo. Someone said it was a drawback to have to spray it with pan coat each time but geeze you should be washing it after each use and certainly shouldn't expect pan coat spray to remain on it. So if it is treated properly it is an awesome invention. I always put a finger hole in the middle of all my burgers before cooking. Learned this in a mag called "Ready Made" which is no longer published. The burger will cook throughout and not puff up and swell so between using the press and putting the finger hold in the center of the raw burger--voila! Perfect burgers!

    I recommend this product.

  • Overall, a good gadget for the kitchen

As with other reviews, removing the pattie after pressing requires some finger work to pull it out (the patties stick to the press). It does, however, create some very uniform and visually attractive patties.

    I recommend this product.

  • Double Hamburger Press

I like the circular ridges because you can press spices in there. Edges of burger come out a little raggedy, but can be smoothed out when you remove it from the press. I used spray can oil before putting the meat in. It's easier to get out, but you have to spray every time you put in new meat.

    I recommend this product.

  • GREAT HAMBURGER PRESS

I REALLY LIKE THE DOUBLE HAMBURGER PRESS THAT I BOUGHT FROM COOKING.COM. IT MAKES 2 VERY LARGE HAMBURGER PATTIES THAT COME OUT OF THE PRESS WITH JUST A FLICK OF THE SPATULA, ALL IN ONE PIECE. IT IS THE THICKER PATTY THAT MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE. WE BOTH LIKE OUR PATTIES WELL DONE AND IT IS NOT HARD TO COOK THEM THAT WAY. I DO NOT ADD ANY FILLER TO THE PATTY TO KEEP THEM IN SHAPE. WHEN YOU USE THE DOUBLE PATTY MAKER THEY STAY IN THEIR SHAPE. AS FAR AS CLEAN UP, I PUT IT ON THE TOP RACK OF THE DISHWASHER AND THEN NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CONTAMINATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS WITH PRIDE.

    I recommend this product.
