I've purchased other so-called non-stick baking sheet liners but nothing comes close to the original Silpat from France.

I hate what these companies have done to Paula and I am having nothing to do with any of them. Something is seriously wrong with them. I'd recommend a good shrink if I could - maybe for ALL the upper management. You hang in there Paula - I know you have enough money to live luxuriously for the rest of your life, but it is the principle of this whole thing. I will always support you.

This is the second Silpat that I have purchased. I got one a few years ago and loved it from the start. Keeps the baking sheets clean and helps with uniform baking. I gave my first baking sheet liner to my cousin who raves about it every time she uses it. I just had to get another one to possibly give as a gift to someone special.
