Nice tool!
Nice gauge, easy to clean, comfortable handles. Only wish the pivot would have been a ratchet type hinge so the press would lower straighter instead of at an angle.

I've been wanting to get a ricer for a long time and, when I started looking at them, there were so many to choose from. The ones I thought I wanted were getting less than stellar reviews. I actually found this one on Amazon and the reviews were great...cooking.com had a better price, though. I'm glad I did my research and bought this one because it's a lot larger than the others so you can make a lot of potatoes quickly. The pot rest extension is a great addition, too. Other reviewers have mentioned that, if you load it all the way up, it's very hard to operate. I took that advice and only loaded it about half way and I didn't have a problem (I'm a female with just average upper body strength). Even loading it just half way, we had a bowl full of mashed potatoes in a few minutes. If you're thinking about a ricer, I highly recommend this one!
