I love my new canning rack. What I like about it, it is not divided into sections and the bottom is flat. The other rack I have, the jars always tip because the rack bottom is not flat.

I replaced 2 ancient canning racks, which were only good for quarts, with these. So much better! Impressed that one rack could hold 7 - 8 oz. quilted jars!
