Right pan for the right price

I wanted a grill pan for a long time and I finally found this one. It was the right price as well as non stick. It is a nice heavy pan that heats evenly and cooks great. Glad I finally bought it!

    have been searching......

Did a lot of research before I bought this pan. It really lives up to the good reviews. It is light weight (a far cry from cast iron) cleans up easily (a farther cry from cast iron) and doesn't need to be seasoned. It cooks evenly and leaves great grill marks. I have cooked chicken, fish (steaks and fillets), burgers, bacon, pork chops.....everything you can do on an outside grill and more, because you won't lose food through grates. Very very happy with this pan.

Purchased as a gift because mine was admired by the person I gave one to. Mine is not nonstick, but wish it were; that is a great improvement.

I purchased this grill pan because my previous grill pan (Calphalon) was a little cheaper grade product and I was not happy with the way food stuck to it and remained stuck to the pan.
This pan is a step or two up from what I had previously owned; however, after following all of the recomended directions on how to grill with it, I still have food sticking to the non-stick surface and I cannot remove it. Needless-to-say I am disappointed with this particular pan. Calphalon is my choice of cookware for years but their grill pans are giving me grief. I am considering sending it back.

I have attended Calphalon cooking classes so had the opportunity to try their pans out first-hand. The first time I used the grill-pan I was thrilled with it. What a joy to cook with.
I use the pan for gilling (of course) and also for making paninies. You just need something heavy to put on top of your panini. It sure cooked the sandwich up nicely with great flavour.
I love using this pan for grilling fillet mignons. They turn out perfect everytime.
Clean up is also a breeze. The non-stick coating really is non-stick and a quick wash in hot soapy water and you're done.
I wasn't sure how this would work on an electric range with round elements...but my fears were unfounded.
The price from Cooking.com is a nice bonus and even with shipping to Canada it was a bargain.
I reccomend this pan to everyone.

    So Very Pleased

Before purchasing the above pictured product from you, I had purchased an inexpensive two-burner grill pan. Oh my heavens, how I hated it!!! Cooking on it was OK, but cleaning it was impossible so after the 3rd use I just tossed it in the trash. The Nonstick grill pan I purchased from you is AWESOME!!! It's great to cook on and an absolute breeze to clean. It surely endorses the old adage.."you get what you pay for."

    Stove top grill pan

    by Anthony, MA
    May 20, 2009

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this grill pan simulates outdoor grilling for steaks, chops, hot dogs, and fish steaks. Hamburgers are next! We had perfect steaks for dinner one night. Clean up was a breeze and my food did not stick to the pan. I would recommend it to anyone looking for stove top grill ware.

I would rate this product as one of the best I have found. I would recommend this product. I looked for a long time, for the right weight, what it is made of, and price. This is an exceptional value.

    Super great grill pan

    by Tamara, TX
    September 18, 2009

Several of my friends have grill pans, and have always raved about them. I had to get one and try it for myself. It cooks amazing. We use the grill every weekend, but it's nice to have a pan to use in the house if the weather is bad. We've cooked fish, beef and chicken on the grill pan, and have loved everything we have tried.

This pan cleans up beautifully and is perfect for meats and grilled sandwiches. The steel handles allow you to sear on the stove top and finish in the oven. I bought it on sale...great buy!

    Great for 2 People

We love this for quick grilling - especially for vegetables. It is so much more convenient than our larger grill that covers two burners when it is just the two of us. Cleans up easily.

A good alternative to a grill. I had a previous one (by a different manufacturer) that warped out of flat and was awkward on an electric burner. I'm hoping this will not repeat that experience. So far so good.

Endless Summer a good name for this grill

Cooked steaks - they tasted as if they had been grilled on an outdoor grill.
Clean up was fine - had a little trouble with a couple of burnt-on spots.

Space for grilling, with easy clean-up after

    by Jeffrey, NJ
    January 24, 2008

The two best features of this grill pan are its size - it can handle lots of food - and the easy clean-up. Oh... did I forget to mention its all-metal construction, allowing food+pan to be put in the oven after searing something? And... the excellent connection between pan and handle, so I won't ever have a loose, wobbly handle to worry about? Do you get the impression I like this grill pan?

    Square Grill Pan

    by Kathleen, OH
    February 19, 2007

The key to success with this pan is to allow it to heat up 100% before placing the food in the pan, otherwise, the meat will stick. Fairly easy to clean. Hard to store.

    Works for me!!!

    by Jonna, IL
    September 4, 2007

Pan is great! Does everything you expect in a stove top grill pan. I have a electric stove and it does just fine. The thing I found that cooks really well in it is bacon. The bacon is crispy, and doesn't sit in its own oil cooking.
