I thought this griddle would be too light weight and would not last. But, it's Calphalon and very sturdy and nice!

This Nonstick Griddle has proven to be an excellent choice for our Sunday brunch eggs. With the low sides and perfect nonstick finish it is easy to turn eggs and easy clean up. This pan is the very best.

I like the size of the pan just wish it wasn't so easy to warp. The handle being long and heavy does not allowing the pan to lay flat on the burner. I have a glass top stove so the burner element is flat but the pan does not lay flat.

I love Calphalon products. They are even heating and easy to clean. I was introduced to Calphalon a few years ago. I have been gradually replacing all of my cookware with this product. I'm very pleaed with it. Excellent product. Good price.
