Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad LTD pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core is fused between the extra-thick, anodized exterior and the durable, nonstick cooking surface, which won't react with food. Handles are fastened with non-corrosive rivets. Pan will never scratch, chip or peel.
This pan is not recommended for glass/ceramic-top stoves.

Perfect fit on the burner, heats evenly, joy to season and clean, even first pancakes are great. Solidly built and should last a very long time. And handle stays cool. Just heavy enough--feels solid yet the aluminum body doesn't weigh so much it's difficult to handle easily.

This griddle is exceptionally well made and a great value. It fits perfectly on our glass stove top, the handle was cool to the touch, and overall well constructed. The generous surface easily accommodates 4 - 6 slices of French toast, cooks evenly, and is easy clean-up. Performs like high end cookware, but for a fraction of the cost.

Outstanding, high quality griddle; though I'd expect nothing less from All-Clad. The griddle size is perfect for four pancakes, eggs, etc. Should have gotten one years ago!
