I absolutely LOVE this grill pan and use it all of the time- for steaks, burgers, chicken, fish, vegetables- everything. Although I do kind of wish I had gotten the larger kind that fits over two burners so that I could put everything on at once. As much as I love it, I probably wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been on sale.

People generally avoid nonstick cookware lines because the nonstick is reallly not very nonstick or the nonstick coating flakes or a number of other reasons. This grill pan by All-Clad is victim to none of these flaws. Even heating, true nonstick with performance, the pan cooked my salmon steaks to perfection and clean up was a breeze. The longer handle is nice to have on the stove but I can see it being possibly problematic if you wanted to put it in the oven (the handle may be too long). An otherwise valuable addition to any cookware line up. I would recommend almost anything All-Clad makes.

I have now bought four pans as gifts after using one for myself for 6 years. My pan is used for cooking not only chicken breasts, pork chops, and steaks but also for grilling vegetables indoors. I had problems with my cast iron grill pan because the ridges were too high to easily clean in between...not so with this one. I cook chicken, steaks, fish, portabello mushroms, just about anything on it.

When you cook meats, most of the fat drains into the pan leaving lean, well cooked meat with nice grill marks. That's especially welcome during winter, when it's no fun using an outdoor grill. I would recommend this pan to anyone, and have given them as gifts. The pan is very durable and well constructed, with a strong handle that stays cool. It's a great value as well.

The pan is heavy, the handle long enough to avoid burning yourself, it's simple to clean. It leaves great grill marks on perfectly cooked fish, chicken, etc. This pan gives all the advantages of cooking with heavy cast iron without the sticky mess to clean up. Cooking.com had a great special price.

Nonstick Square Grill PAN, and I LOVE it and use my All-Clad most every day--and so does my daughter-in-law and granddaughter (I gave them each a gift of one...All-Clad). I think that All-Clad has a better product. However, Calphalon has a better price--by $20.00...most of the time. So if money is an issue--and how often isn't it?--you get more for your money with Calphalon.

This pan is the very best grill pan I have ever tried. It is easy to use, easy to clean, stays beautiful, use after use, and holds two huge steaks, several pieces of chicken or fish, and is very healthy to use. If you are looking for a great pan, this is it. The price is excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
