I cook on a smooth top. this is thw third All Clad pan that has a slight warp. For the price this should not be. Of the 3 other brands I've not ever had a Problem.

Start off on top of the stove and finish off braising low and slow in the oven. I love the heavy duty construction and the sturdiness of the handle when you lift it to put it in the oven. Great skillet for a great price.

It lives up to any hype and I use it just about every day. It's easy to clean and it has lots of volume so you could easily cook for two with it.
