I cook on a smooth top. this is thw third All Clad pan that has a slight warp. For the price this should not be. Of the 3 other brands I've not ever had a Problem.

Perfect size; easy cleaning, not heavy, feels light actually because of its long handle; love the cover(even though I don't need it all the time, looks beautiful sitting on stove.

This skillet is the perfect size for cooking for my wife and myself. Start off on top of the stove and finish off braising low and slow in the oven. I love the heavy duty construction and the sturdiness of the handle when you lift it to put it in the oven. Great skillet for a great price.

You'd hope for the price that something like this would be really, really, good. And it really is. It lives up to any hype and I use it just about every day. It's easy to clean and it has lots of volume so you could easily cook for two with it.
