I do enjoy using the pectin...but the jars go QUICKLY if you have very much to can. This would be enough for a "hobby" canner who cans in 1/2 pints or a few pints at a time...if you have fruit trees and a garden...this gets expensive...my canner is full each time I use it,and I "can" over and over in order to finish putting up what is possible. A larger "economy" size would be great !!

I bought this product to can grape juice and jelly from my backyard. I had been using various pots and pans from my personal supply. This product makes the job SO MUCH EASIER and FASTER! I can do up to 8 pint jars at a time and the jar handling tongs make the process MUCH SAFER! No more fingers & arms splashed and scalded by boiling water wrestling with regular tongs and hot mitts! I also LOVE the magnetic seal lifting tool which works great, but could use a slightly longer handle for reaching seals that have fallen to the bottom of this large pot.

This is the best stuff for canning spaghetti sauce. I have canned 18 quarts of sauce and will be doing more next year. Thanks for this product.

Nice Lables, you can use an ink pen to write on them, as others you can only use a sharpie.
