I have one of these and love it. Purchased one for my daughter, for Christmas and I am sure she will love it also. Easy to follow instructions and good recipes

Dissolvable Labels

I think this is the greatest thing. I always have trouble trying to get labels off of my jars. I haven't used them yet, but look forward to using them.

value for price

I have a home based food business making small batch jams and jellies. I have found the adjustable quantity pectin helpful but have yet to get 22 jars out of a container! However, compared to regular size set batch products it is price competitive. It is also a good quality product with consistent set. My biggest issue is it is very hard to find in local retail outlets especially in the off season! A wholesale department would be a blessing!

Before this book, i was very nervous about canning and preserving, now after reading this book, I am much more confident and ready to start many adventures in Canning and preserving, for our future use.
