Another top quality Calphalon product

Calphalon Hard Anodized Commercial (the original Calphalon" has been my cookware for 20 years...wouldn't have anything else. This grill pan lives up to my expectations 100%. Original HA cookware can get hot enough to sear and stir fry at temps that destroy non-stick coatings, so I'll never have to replace it. (Btw, wiping with olive oil, then preheating VERY hot, and letting the pan cool before you use it each time turns original HA cookware into non-stick). Thanks for another great product, Calphalon!

Great addition to the kitchen!

I am a HUGE fan of Calphalon products! I own the Calphalon One Hard-Anodized and I love how any dish I create comes out absolutely perfect each time. I have tried cooking the same dishes in other brand cookware and by far Calphalon blows the others out of the frying pan! Cleaning is a sinch I have put Calphalon products to the test and left tough to remove food on and they all come right off with ease. Ensuring you use the surface protectant on any of the hard-anodized products keeps them performing their best.
