    love this roaster

absolutely love this roaster. I put some wine in the center with some dried herbs and potatos and carrotts in the larger tray. makes the best gravy. just used a fat separator and voila, gravy that's to die for. I cleaned it per the instructions and re-oiled it after use. can't wait to use it again.

It sure beats using the old method of a can, and then having to use seperate pan for vegetables.

My Husband does not cook, but he grills. Now he can do his Beercan Chicken out on the grill and now he don't have to spent a day to clean up the grill after the chicken is done.

I used this roaster to make the turkey breast recipe from Emeril's grilling for all seasons book. Not only was the pan easy to use, but this was the best turkey breast we ever ate! I can't wait to make a chicken on the grill too! I would highly
recommend this pan to anyone who would love moist, delicious turkey or chicken!

While this is a great chicken roasting pan - it is a little pricey since that is really the only thing you can do in it -but it does do that well and beer can chicken as well - cleans up nice too.

Great pan--holds enough cooking liquid and allows for potatoes and vaggies to cook at the same time. Nice adaptation to the old beer can.
