Most if not all of Rachael Ray's products are highly rated and are of high quality and this pan is no exception. It is one of the few pans or cookie sheets that don't tend to 'bend' in the oven. The side silicone rubber grip handles are very handy and makes handling the pan easy. The sides are of good height for roasting potatoes and other veggies, and also for making cookies, etc. and being non-stick keeps everything from sliding off in case it is tilted when removing from hot oven. Highly recommended.

This is the best sheet!!! It cooks everything evenly and cleans so easily with soap and water. I would recommend this sheet highly.

These are the best pans I have ever used. I am careful using a silicon spatula so I don't scratch them but as far as cleaning them, the are the best and well worth the money. I have several of her pans and I am a big fan. Nothing sticks to them! I've made pizza with cheese spilling over and baked on. It cleans up like a dream, I highly recommend them!

I love my new nonstick crispy sheet! It is a nice large size and very sturdy compared to others I have purchased. I love that it is a little extra deep, as well. It works great for placing a cooling rack inside for making crispy fries, etc., which Rachael often does on her show. It also has rubberized grips, which make for easier grabbing out of a hot oven. Excellent product!

while the pan itself may be 17" when you add the handles, the size is bigger. unfortunately too big for my oven. it cost more to ship twice than the pan. not worth the hassle. i gave it to a friend and bought some at bed bath and beyond

I used the cookie sheet immediately. When I took it out of the oven the non-stick coating on the top of the sheet came off onto my pot holder. I was very surprised as I always loved my RR cookware. I love the size and depth of the cookie sheet but am hesistant to buy more because of this. I don't know how this will hold up over the long term.

I absolutely LOVE this baking sheet! From the wide lip for ease of grabbing to the height of the sides for control of those oozing moments (melted cheese, etc). I've been SO pleased with my Rachael Ray stuff that I will continue to buy to complete my collection!
