Two baking sheets were purchased for me as Christmas gifts. After I opened them I saw that one was scratched so bad on the bottom side that the finish was wore off in several spots, and the inside was also chipped in a few spots to where the finish was also off. The other baking sheet did have a slight chip off the finish on the inside. After the holiday I called and spoke to someone at Cooking.com and explained my problem. I only mentioned the one baking sheet as I did not want to seem like I was being a real pain about telling them about my other baking sheet, I figured I could live with that as long as when I use it now it does not peel any further.
Anyway I was real pleased when I was apologized to and was told that a new baking sheet would be sent out right away. I asked what to do with the damaged one and was told not to return it. I also requested that they please inspect the new baking sheet before sending it out to me and he said that they would. Approximately 10 days after I called I received my new baking sheet in very good condition as it should be..Thank you so much for your quick service to me for my damaged goods.
