Cake stand was broken when we received it

My cake stand arrived quickly but was broken. I called customer service and they quickly sent out a second one which arrived before Christmas! And I did not need to return the broken one. Thank you for wonderful, fast service. I would recommend your store to others!

I have not used it yet, but it seems to be fine. It arrived in good condition. I saw a similar one at Menard's on sale for half the price, but I did not go there to compare the two. I plan to use this in the near future when I have company.

The top is hard to place on the cake plate properly ( between the little dots on the plate) and the item came to me with a small, barely visible crack in the lid. However, this is the only item which was not great and that's why I chose to review it. The timing was great---the shipping was great and the service by Wendy was great.

This is a very heavy cake stand - 11lbs. The seal is not perfect, so it will let air in and thus let items go bad faster. I found this for less than half price at a local store, so be sure to shop around. Overall, it is a very nice cake stand with multiple uses, which is always a plus!

The picture does not do the product justice. It is much nicer than I had anticipated, and a lot thicker and heavier. I think it will be a valuable addition to the kitchen.

The product was received enthusiastically, but we had local adverts at a much reduced price that we didn't see until we ordered on line. Actually was a $20 difference.

i was excited to get this product because of the versatility but thought it was little nicer product and was disapointed at how delicate of glass it was. I chip the dip bowl getting it out of the box and since it was on the rim I think it was to delicate or thin glass since this also the base for the cake plate but the concept was good and wish the base could be a little thicker glass thank you Sharon Albritton

I love that the cake stand can be used for more than one thing. I don't always have a dessert just so i can use it. But being able to also use it for a chip and dip and also as a punch bowl or parfait, makes it well worth the money and space.
