Performs perfectly, just what I expect from Scanpan.

I recently started a very stringent diet,,,,,,where I can have no fats at all,,,,,so sauteing and frying were out, which left baking all my fish and chicken,,,,,,,ok to fill the void,,, but not very tastey,, therefore diet was doomed to fail,,,,,,someone in my support group suggested I try scanpan cookware, he said he had one pan and will be getting more he like it so much,,,,,,so I did buy this scanpan saute pan in the hopes that what he said would be true,,,,,,having used it now six or seven times for everything from egg whites to fried chicken,(with no fat mind you) its wonderful,,,,,,nothing and I mean nothing sticks to the pan and best of all it cleans so easily,,,,,,will be buying more scanpan products and Cooking.com has the best selection ever..its a bit pricey, but is well worth it
