Scanpan

This is the best pan I have ever used to date. The design is sleek, simple, and 100 percent nonstick. It is made of ceramic titanium and hails from Denmark. The pan a heavy for its size, but totally worth the money. I have cooked over easy eggs, chicken tenders, pancakes and more on this pan without any oil or butter and nothing sticks to it. Its like magic. The only thing slowing down this pan is the time it takes it heat it up. It takes a few minutes to heat up but once it is heated, the pan stays hot evenly. Once you adjust the temperature to your liking the pan is just amazing. It is recommended by the manufacture that your pan is hot before oil or food is added to the pan. Helps maintain the nonstick function longer. Clean up by-the-way is so easy its ridiculous. A quick wipe down with a soft sponge and soapy hot water does the trick. Just about anything can clean it. Almost effortless.

This pan is fantastic! Food truly does not stick, and is so easy to clean.

Excellent non-stick surface and good even heating. Great alternative to teflon, the only downside is the cost. However, it will be a good value if the durability is as good as advertised.

Quality Shows!

This skillet has good mass weight and a machined bottom. While it heats up a bit slowly, the heat is much better distributed than my old pan and the flat machined on the bottom lets it sit evenly on the burner. The 12.25

Quality product. Answers my concerns for a nonstick pan. It is greatly in demand in my kitchen.
