Using the sear feature seals in the natural juices - much better than normal grilling. An excellent product!

Good product - we used it over the holidays for many purposes - and it worked great for all of them. Clean up is easy with the removable plates. I like the temperature control with this unit over other makes and models.

We love our new griddler, we mostly use it for panni sandwiches,but this griddler has many other uses it us great!

Living alone this is the perfect size for a single person or a small family. It cooks extremely fast, clean-up is a breeze, and the food is tender and moist. I love it! I grill a a lot in the summer and now I can continue to do so in the winter.

I was expecting a larger cooking surface. If you're considering this product, go with the large size. I almost ordered the small one. I paid $99 and Im not sure this was a wise purchase.

I love this Griddler. It is a made a lot better than my previous GF Grill. I especially like not having an external drip tray that always got pushed aside and left the grease on the counter. The design of reversable grill plates is another feature that makes sense. No need trying to find space to store unused grill plates in my very small kitchen. It takes up less counter space than my GF did making it small kitchen counters friendly. I also love the dual controls - Thank you for stocking this awesome griddler.

i have used it for pork chops, and it works as well as my george forman i was disapointed that it did not come with waffle plates. i got it so i could use it opened up and do eggs and bacon. the waffle griddles are expensive. so i will wait or just use my george forman 5 in 1

I've only used the griddler twice so far, both times to make sandwiches (panini). It worked very well. I would give it a 5 if the temperature controls were fine tuned. I found the grill cooled quickly and had some difficulty maintaining the selected temperature while making sandwiches. The sandwiches turned out fine, but took longer than anticipated based on the recipes provided.

The electric griddler is just what it advertises! It's easy to use, clean, and store. I have flexibility in how I use it, and find that it meets all my needs.

The grill warms up fast and does a great job of grilling meats and a panini sandwich. I found that it did not go into the parallel plate mode for grilling a thick sandwich by itself without pushing the top sideways. To avoid this problem, carefully push the top front down with a heat protection mit after the grill is preheated. Be careful, it is HOT!!

Love,love,love my griddler! Perfect size for two,or three. Maybe too small for bigger families,but great for a few burgers,or sandwiches. Easily fits on top if fridge to store,also.

I purchased the large Cuisinart indoor grill/griddle a while ago, for when I don't want to fire up my Weber gas grill in the winter. The indoor grill is amazing. However, I purchased this Griddler for Pannini's and smaller meals. Big fan of Cuisinart products. They have never failed me.

Replaces a many year old Foreman Grill.
This, while not as big, is light, easy tohandler, easy to clean, easy to put on a shelf.
Would like a better receipe book, but my old Foreman receipes work on this, sort of.

I will never be without this griddler! Just replaced one I had that I basically wore out! This most recent model has many better design features, so I was very pleased when I received it. This griddler makes the best grilled chicken breast - it comes out super moist every time! Very versatile appliance - excellent value!
