This product is great. We use it several times a week instead of firing up the outdoor grill. Using the Griddler closed to cook both sides of meat at once is a total time saver. I can have meals ready in minutes by being able to do other things to get dinner on the table while the meat is grilling. Toasted sandwiches are a snap too.

Don't know how we lived without it!! I love that I can grill fish in nothing flat with this super little grill. So healthy and low fat to say nothing of the super easy clean up with the grill plates that come off to wash. Can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase!!

We love the electric griddler! Having just moved to a colder climate - we realized that we would not be cooking outside during the winter months. Thanks to everyone else who provided positive reviews, I decided to purchase the Cuisinart model. We've only used the grill so far, not the griddle, and all of the food comes out perfect! The taste is extremely close to outdoor grilling, and I'm impressed that there is no smoke! My husband thinks this is the greatest purchase I've made in some time as we will have grilled food year round now.

A Great many uses

I hesitated to purchase this item due to its cost. However, when I was given a gift card for cooking.com at Christmas, I added some $$ of my own and am thankful that I did. I love this product. It is easy to use, easy to clean and the removable, griddle, panini grid makes it perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I was concerned about the grease drippings (other reviews claimed that because it was not slanted, the grease didn't drip well.) This proved to be wrong. I've not had any problems with this at all.
Well worth the money, cuisinart has always proved to me to be a solid appliance company and I'm hoping that it will last a long time.

I love this grill/griddle. As a working mom, I can come home and cook a healthy dinner in a flash. I just throw some thawed chicken breasts on the grill, close the cover, and in 5 minutes, they're ready. Awesome.

We bought this grill to use mostly for the Panini sandwiches. However, we use it for everything. I've cooked eggs, hashbrowns and sausage for breakfast all at the same time. And we now grill all types of meats for dinner. This thing makes the best Panini sandwich! I just love it!

I absolutely love this product, I can start the day by cooking breakfast(bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, next it is time for lunch(corned beef reubens) and finally some dinner (grilled ribeyes and some great grilled vegies, asparagus, onions and yellow squash)

I love it! I use ut several times a week. My only complaint with it is that the plates are not slanted so that the grease does not automatically drain out, unless you've accumulated a large amount of it in the griller.

Was disappointed. Was not at all what I expected. I can't say I find anything to tout. But it does work. Just not the way I expected.

This product is great. Purchased for my wife who hates to cook. Great investment she now makes dinner during the week with no hesitation. The unit heats up quickly adn with the multiple grill plates is able to make a variety of meals.

Great product and works great

I already own one Panini girddler and bought this as a gift for a friend. I loved mine so much that I just had to buy her the same Cuisinart Griddler because she wanted one and I surprised her with this one. She loves hers too. Fantastic product and easy to use.

I initially bought a cheaper brand reversible griddle/grill and was not happy with it at all. I've since given my first purchaes to a friend and replaced it with this Cuisinart Electric Griddler/Contact Grill, which is absolutely perfect for my needs.

Smaller than I thought.

I love it just wish it was larger. would recommend it.

Great product

I purchased the large Cuisinart indoor grill/griddle a while ago, for when I don't want to fire up my Weber gas grill in the winter. The indoor grill is amazing. However, I purchased this Griddler for Pannini's and smaller meals. Big fan of Cuisinart products. They have never failed me.

Love,love,love my griddler! Perfect size for two,or three. Maybe too small for bigger families,but great for a few burgers,or sandwiches. Easily fits on top if fridge to store,also.

Excellent product. Delivers on all claims. Very happy with the purchase decision on this one. The fact that the heating plates are removable and thus easy to clean. The grill can be opened to form a double griddle. These are simply due to very good product design.

fun to use - easy to clean

finally got to test-drive my griddler last night. i was only nominally following directions or a recipe, and so made a bit of a mess.

but the end result (quesadillas) was very tasty. came out as i'd hoped. was impressed with the total cooking surface area, and especially pleased with how easily the griddle plates just wiped clean of the melted cheeses in between.

an excellent product. my friends covet my griddler already...

Love the adjustable lid!

This is not a put away appliance! I us it all the time. Not sure if I would fry bacon on it...I do not like to fry foods that splatter allot! But what I have cooked on it we have enjoyed. I had a George Foreman Grill that I replaced with the Grill by Cuisinart, and liked it okay...But I love the Grill by Cuisinart, the adjustable lid, makes things brown & cook evenly. It is also allot more versatile. Thanks Cooking.com Julie

One of the few that give you control over the temperature and has plates that may be removed to clean. Great for sandwiches and grilling.
