As good as I expected it to be!!!!

I love this machine! I use it at least a couple of times each week. It makes great sandwiches, burgers, and pancakes. I love how fast it can cook meat and fish. Cleanup is a breeze too. Just an overall great product!

A Great Multi-Tasker

Finally a griddle, Panninni press, and flat unit for frying eggs etc. We use often, not having to cook on the large stove.

I bought this for my daughter as she loves to grill. She loves this multi-tasker and uses it almost daily. I am strongly considering buying one for myself and my other daughter as well! Never have been disappointed with a cuisinart product nor cooking.com.

The griddler/grill that could and does!!

Works great on everything I have tried so far. French toast, pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, and sausage links.

Thrilled with the product!

We received the Cuisinart Griddler for a gift and have used it several times the first two weeks. Heats up quick, balanced cooking surface and like the option of using it as a sandwich maker or open faced as a griddle.

Bought 2!

I got this for my husband for xmas then thought it would be an awesome gift for my dad also. My dad got his delivered early and used it several times before xmas! We hosted a xmas brunch and used it that morning making a load of french toast! Then the next evening for sandwiches, the following night for burgers etc ... awesome for everything. Love it!

Love my Griddler!

I use the griddler almost every day. It is easy to clean, easy to store on the countertop (doesn't take up a lot of space). I also bought one for my son and his wife as a gift and they love it as well.

The Griddler/Contact Grill is wonderful. It takes the place on 3 small appliances and has a thermostat to control the temp. I especially like the hinges that allow you to cook thick items well.

I just love this grill!. You can do so many different dishes and meals with this grill. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also like that the grill/griddle surfaces are changeable which makes for easy cleaning, which is what sets the grill apart from all the rest.

I'm still learning what we can do and not do with this griddler. Our first go at burgers ended up being messy with grease overflow. Figured we needed to do less burgers at one time. With the removable plates and the non-stick surface, cleaning this is easier than others we've had.

love this product

I recently purchased the Cuisinart Electric Griddler and I love it. I had previously owned a George Forman Grill and only used it a few times because it was such a hassle to clean. I really like the the removable griddle plates for cleaning and is much easier to use because of the the hinged lid to get more uniform heat while cooking. I also like the heat control dials with the temperature settings. Great product.

nice griddler

It's a very nice griddle. cooks a bit fast, so you have to watch it. cooked steaks on it the other day and they were very tender and juicy. the only down side is it is a bit small, a family of 4 would be too big to use it but 3 and under it works out well and also the drip pan is kinda useless most of the liquid comes out from the sides more then into the drip pan...all in all I am satisfied..I love that you can put the griddle in the dishwasher but there is a bit of cleanup around the griddle after use.

Panini Grill

The grill warms up fast and does a great job of grilling meats and a panini sandwich. I found that it did not go into the parallel plate mode for grilling a thick sandwich by itself without pushing the top sideways. To avoid this problem, carefully push the top front down with a heat protection mit after the grill is preheated. Be careful, it is HOT!!

We recently purchased this item and are really getting alot of use out of it. The GREATEST feature is the pop off plates. We just remove them when we are done and wash them with the dishes!

Browns evenly, even at the edges of the griddle.

The one thing I would like from Cuisinart is a bigger Griddler, since we're a family of 6!

Excellent product. Lives up to the Cuisinart name. Was hesitant to spend that much money on it, because none of the others I've bought have lived up to expectation., but this one's a winner!

Like going from a Ford Taurus to a Mercedes

I've been a George Foreman grill user for years. I've had at least 5 of them and I bought one for my son. However, this grill is much hotter and faster than a George Foreman. It takes a little getting used to how fast it cooks. I always had to crank the GF up as high as it would go but this baby is so hot, I need to turn it down and actually pay attention the temp setting. I share some other reviewer's opinion that it would be nice if this grill were slanted downward to help drain grease. This grill is easy to clean, the grill plates come off for cleaning. I'm very happy with the Cuisinart grill and I hope it lasts a long time. It was well worth the money.

stylish too.

I purchased this grill as a gift for my boyfriend and so far he has grilled pretty-much everything from filet-minon to grilled cheese and it worked great on all of it.
I, of course, have the job of clean up and it cleans easier than anything else in the kitchen (except for the steel hood which gets fingerprint marks that don't wipe off easily).
it stores nicely in the cabinet and takes no time to set up. And if you have guests over for dinner, it's simple and it's not an unpleasant looking piece of equipment!

It is terrific. I love that the plates remove for easy cleaning. It is terrific to make pancakes.

Better than I expected

This grill has been beter than I expected. It doesn't feel like a solid machine but it is sturdy and has a high heat capacity. I have used it for pancakes, paninis, and even steaks.
