Makes great coffee and like the hot water

Love the coffee/hot water maker. If I could have one wish it would be that the water filler would have front access instead of top. It would fit under the cabinets better.

Not to shabby

We like the Coffee Maker and Hot Water System. The water is very hot, and the adjustable coffee heater is nice. It seems a little expensive for coffee maker and a hot water, but we are very happy with our purchase.

Coffee Maker with Hot Water Dispenser

The coffee maker portion of this product is better than average. We've tried a dozen or so from Gevalia to the Grind-and-Brew, to Mr Coffee.. so many, I can't recall all of them. I will say for a $100 coffee maker, this has been our favorite. Now, having said that, we bought this unit specifically because it also dispenses hot water, and that's where it falls a short. The hot water dispenser water reservoir is filled from the top, and we've had a few occasions where the water making coffee somehow got into the reservoir. That makes for awful tasting tea or other hot beverage, and then it takes several flushes with water/vinegar to get the coffee flavor out. Also, even without the coffee flavor, the water taste a little off.. hard to explain exactly what I mean, just not good so we've stop using it for anything except Starbucks VIA's.
