Every cook needs at least one!

I purchased 2 and I am glad I did. The pans are of a heavier gauge and are very versatile. They are perfect sized small servings.

Overall a nice pan. Maybe a non-stick surface would be a good upgrade. I have a square set of these with non-stick surface and they remove a little easier. Just a suggestion.

This is a specialty pan that I will probably not use as often, but I can tell you that it is very well made. All my cake pans are commercial grade Chicago Metallic, if this pan performs as well as my other pans, it is a winner and well worth the money, which is by the way a bargain at $19.99. Other specialty stores charges quite a bit more, for instance, the Baker’s Catalog I think is asking $29.99 for it.

I loved the fact that it has the little "bottoms" to the pan which allow you to life the mini cheesecakes out intact. The little cheesecakes are a perfect 'two bite' dessert allowing dieters the "taste without the waste" and they freeze really well and with that small size it makes them perfect for a "quick dessert" from the freezer.

This pan also gives you the option of making a bunch of little different cheesecakes allowing people different tastes in a small package.

This pan is of a high-quality material, but is challenging to work with. Removing the cheesecakes required very careful attention and steady hands! The cheesecakes cooked very quickly, so watch your time. Results were wonderful and the recipe on the box works perfectly, although I used an Oreo crust.

Works just fine

This product does exactly what I needed it to do. It makes mini-muffin sized cheesecakes. Pushing up through the bottom is awkward but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I put a cookie sheet under it to keep the batter from leaking through. I thought it was a little pricey but I sucked it up and bought one anyway because I needed it. I will shop around until I find a better price next time. It does what it says it does.

One issue I had in this pan (at least for cheesecakes) because when you try to unmold them, they tend to fall to the side and end-up getting dented. If I can figure out the trick for that, I'll be a happy chef.

Aside from that, they did bake well and are easy to clean.

So many possibilities

I bought 2 of these pans because the recipes I use will make 24 rather than 12. They're great for making individual sizes of just about any of your favorite recipes. The bottom inserts cover the bottom completely so they don't leak. They release well and clean up easily (handwash the bottoms and put the pans in the dishwasher). I bake professionally and these are a great addition to my collection of bakeware. I'm very happy with these and will use them often.

Gorgeous Mini Cheesecakes

I absolutely loved my mini cheesecake pans! I originally ordered 2 but after baking with them. I needed one more for my recipe. It makes my cheesecakes look more professional than using a mini muffin pan. I also adored that it was deep enough to add layers. The price was great! Great for potlucks and holidays. You can make indiviual sizes, so no having to cut into equal shares. Could also use for little bit size cookies or brownies.
