Nonstick Mini Popover Pan
Haven't used it yet. It's well made and a good value for the price.

We made popovers for the first time.My wife found a very easy blendeer recipe on Food Network. They were a big hit with Easter dinner. Just spray the pan with vegatable oil and we did not have any sticking. Well made and heavy pan. One drawback was the fact that the pan was made in China. We try not to buy anything made in China.

This "mini" popover pan is about 2/3 the size of the regular size pan. I now have both sizes, reserving the "Mini" for breakfast and dessert and the regular size for entrees. Add 1/3 more batter to Alton Brown's basic recipe and you will have 12 gorgeous "mini" popovers. If you can have only one popover pan this is it.
