I love this coffeepot!
It's great to be able to make from one cup to thermos to pot of coffee. Also, to be able to grind coffee, no more grinder as well as coffeepot. I've made a pot of coffee, one cup of different sizes, as well as a thermos for on the go.

We have thoroughly tested our YouBrew and it has taken one full week to decide to keep it. We also have a Cuisinart Cup-O-Matic. Our final settings for carafe AND single cup are the maximums. We like strong coffee. The YouBrew just barely made the cut because we were worried it could not make the coffee strong enough for our taste. The YouBrew has accurate and consistent water and coffee amounts once you dial in your favorite settings. We did not find that it uses more coffee grounds than our Cuisinart or when we used Mr. Coffee for full pots. The 2 part grounds holder does need to be cleaned and dried each use and there are two other little areas to wipe down every so often. Not much more work than our Cuisinart. It is pretty easy to make a carafe of caffeinated coffee and then a single cup of De-cafe. The grinder is very loud. If you use only grinds than the coffee processing is quite. The YouBrew single serving takes twice as long as the Cuisinart to process a cup of coffee at the maximum settings due to the steeping time necessary. Again, we like strong coffee. We found the LCD interface user friendly. The YouBrew satisfies our need to brew a single cup of coffee most of the time and provide a carafe of coffee when entertaining guests.

I have been looking for a coffee maker that would make a single cup or carafe of coffee, that also grinds the coffee beans. The Breville YouBrew does just that, we love the fact that we can each pick the strength of coffee we both enjoy.
