Excellent no-stick pan

My last pricey non-stick pan was a disappointment, so I decided to check Cooking.com for a replacement. This one had good reviews and a different type of finish, so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed.

Great pan! I have been looking for this pan to finish my set of skillets. I have a new electric glass cooktop and my old set of skillets would heat up too fast and scorch everything - plus there were hot spots and I would burn most things but with the Anolon things cook evenly and do not burn. I love these skillets.

this pan is easy to use, good for bacon and eggs and so easy to clean, I wish I had a lid as I'm using another that is not quite a tight fit for poaching
