The balloon whisk is larger than I expected. The whisk part could be a little smaller. And I hope Rachael Ray would have it in other colars, such as red, yellow, green, etc.

The big whisk head makes use very easy. Clean up is super easy. I am not a professional chef, but I am as close as a home cook can get. I have many whisks, and this is already a favorite of mine. With it being made in the USA makes it even better. Thank you for making this available.

I was surprised by the size I expected it to be a little smaller but I think it will work out just fine for sauces and the such. I do not get into pastries (diabetic) however there a whole world of others uses, I am playing with International foods, there seems to use more sauces in other lands then I am accustom to doing. It is great fun and interesting to explore and share with others looking for similar cuisine to play on the palate.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY. This whisk will likely last me to the end of my kitchen days, then get used by next generation. Which is exactly how an American Made product should perform! Go USA!
