A beautiful skillet...can't wait to try it. Since it was so expensive, I'm keeping out of the reach of others who don't take care of my pans.

Not only am I not worried any more about aluminum getting into the foods I cook, I am thrilled with the performance of the ceramic interior's performance....Truly non stick. One surprise was how deep the pan is, and yet not a heavy heavy pan to pick up with my arthritic hands. I am a convert for sure!
