This classic skillet has sloped sides, a wide, flat bottom and a helper handle that facilitates lifting when moving from the stove. This is the best skillet I have ever owned. It is large enough to make Paella and yet will not overwhelm the smaller meals. The handle accentuates the ease of moving the skillet from stove to oven to table.

Seems a little thin. VERY slow to heat out to the edges. The finish is good.

Have the next larger pan & needed a smaller one. Love these pans! Heavy & well made, without being too heavy. Distributes heat very well & can go into oven.
