With its expansive, 12-in. diameter, this large pan is ideal for frying large batches of chicken, searing a whole piece of fish or cooking a hearty beef goulash. This pan features an Excalibur nonstick cooking surface reinforced with stainless steel so food cooks evenly then releases with no stuck-on messes. This classic skillet has sloped sides, a wide, flat bottom and a helper handle that facilitates lifting when moving from the stove. The open design of the skillet maximizes the cooking surface and makes it easy to arrange food as it cooks. The long, dual riveted handle offers perfect balance to provide exceptional control when gently tossing food. Note: Handles are not stay-cool and will get warm over high-heat or when used in the oven. Oven mitts are recommended.

This is the best skillet I have ever owned. It is large enough to make Paella and yet will not overwhelm the smaller meals. The handle accentuates the ease of moving the skillet from stove to oven to table.

Have the next larger pan & needed a smaller one. Love these pans! Heavy & well made, without being too heavy. Distributes heat very well & can go into oven.

I have cooked several meals in this pan and just love it. the size is great and can hold a lot. I make a lot of meals in the slow cooker and most of the meats have to be brown first. With this pan I don't have so many batches. Just Love It!

This is a great nonstick skillet. The flat bottom really adds alot of room. It heats evenly...every piece is done at the same time, even the pieces around the edges. It cleans up very easily. Good value!!

The price is exceptionally reasonable and this pan is exactly what we needed as the design is conducive for consistent heating temperature.
Also this 12 in. pan is wider at the bottom than the 10 in. pan and that is what you need to do proper saut'e with several servings of meat.
Each meal has come out beautifly done on both a ceramic surface stove and a portable electric coil we sometimes use.

Nice frying pan - good balance and really non-stick. Easy to wash. Warms up quickly and heats evenly. I really like this frying pan. The extra handle makes it easier to pick up when it gets heavy. They say it can go in the oven, but I haven't tried it yet.

This light weight, well manufactured nonstick skillet is perfect. It is truely non-stick, creates great carmelization and cleans up very quickly. This is the third cuisinart skillet type product I have purchased and am very pleased with all three. A great addition to your cookware products.

This pan has a great surface area that seems to hold more food than my old pan this size (calphalon). I do have a few scratches on it already, even though I only use plastic utensils...
