Well worth the money!!!

This is a buy it once and you will never need to replace it type of product. Heats evenly, cleans easily. It works great with a Panko bread crumb coating on fish, chicken or pork using an oven fried method.

I will purchase more Calphalon

This is my first purchase of a Calphalon product. I really love this pan so far. I have only used it twice, but both times it has performed as promised. Clean-up is very easy. One improvement I would suggest is; the handle is very narrow for such a wide pan. Sometimes it is hard to manipulate (tossing or shaking food in pan using the handle) when the added weight of food is in it. A wider handle would eliminate this feeling of instability. If not for this issue, I would have rated this product with 5 stars.

We own many Calphalon pieces and find that the commercial hard-anodized pans hold-up well over the years. There is no coating to be scratched on the cooking surface and, with a little fat, food does not stick during cooking. Clean-up is easy as well.

Not nonstick

This was the worst frying pan for food sticking to it that I have ever used. Although it looks like it is nonstick, it is not. I was allowed to return this for a full refund though, which was greatly appreciated! I bought the simply nonstick in it's place and it is wonderful.

Finally, we find the ultimate cookware

I have tired of non-stick coated pans that wear and scuff and need to be replaced every few years. SO nice to find a quality cooking set that is NOT non-stick coated and yet still easy to clean. I had a similar aluminum calphalon pan which has beautifully lasted 30 years and I finally decided to find more. None of the typical outlets carry this commercial grade aluminum model (Bed, Bath & Beyond, Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, etc) so I decided to check out your direct website and voila, there it all was! I bought a complete set for my husband's birthday. He loves it - cooks and cleans up wonderfully.
