Beautiful Pan

This is a very pretty pan. Larger than I thought, although the measurements were exactly as listed. I somehow thought that this was the new pan that has the really hard non-stick coating that you can use metal utensils on. You can't. It's still an overall great pan and I use it for way more than omelets!

Great Cookware

I'm very please with my recent choices to replace ancient cookware with Calphalon Bronze contemporary pieces. I love the sleek styling, the beautiful handles and overall feel of the items. I'm putting together my set piece by piece. Holding out for specials as they come along.

Problem with the pan

When my 12 in. Omelette Pan by Calphalon arrived, there were scratches on the outside of the pan and i found it unsatisfactory. I called customer service and was treated very courteously and Cooming.com did not hesitate to replace the pan. The new one has not arrived yet but it on it's way so service was prompt. I can't complain about anything. These things can happen so easily and the fact that Cooking.com was eager to make it right sets well with me.

Superb pan, truly nonstick and attractive enough to leave on the stove.
