I have a lot of Calphalon cookware and love it. I bought this pan cover to go with a pan my daughter received for Christmas and i fits perfectly. All cookware can ease into a Calphalon ware !

Damaged item

This item came to me damaged. There was a dent in the metal outer ring of the lid. The item came very well packaged so the damaged must have been there prior to shipping. I have returned the item and are hoping for a replacement to come soon as I indicated on the return form as well as reimbursement for shipping the damaged item back to you.

My kind of top

Lets me see what's cooking, handle stays cool, fits well on many of my Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick pots and pans. What's not to loke. Bought for use with the 12" Nonstick Omelette Pan, it helps control the saute/fry splatter on my glass top stove.

Very well made

I really like this lid and was hoping it would fit my Guy Fieri cast iron pan, but it's a tad bit too wide. I am still keeping it because I like the way it is made and it still covers the pan, which was the reason I was shopping for a 12 inch lid.

Yes this lid fit my 10 inch Calphalon omelet pan. I don't understand why because it is the same make as my Calphalon 8 inch omelet pan and as answered in the other review that 8 inch lid does not fit my 8 inch Calphalon omelet pan.
