Lots of room to cook in. Rub a little olive oil or butter on it and cook away! Great Calphalon quality too.Built to last.

Very nice skillet...

This is probably the best 12-in. skillet you will find for the price. We use this skillet every Sunday to cook eggs for 3-5 family members. Compared to the last skillet (Faberware) we had, this one is a dream.
