bought this item to speed time in slicing french fries. Works great for all raw veggies for batter frying. Very sharp but you have to make sure you position the items securely so not to slip.

This item is extremely sharp so be careful!! I have bought a few different mandolins and this particular one works the best!! Great deal!

Sturdy easy to clean blade very sharp, have not switched blades yet. Looking forward to trying all aspects of this tool

Nice sturdy construction, but the way its set up makes it hard to be as sharp as it should be. The insets for crinkles are good.
