I love this pan, except it should of had a second handle to help with plating food. I would have liked a handle directly across from the handle, as it would help support the weight of the pan and plating out the food.

This pan is MUCH better than the Calphalon deep pan I had. Easier to clean too; no stains, etc.

Well balanced, not too heavy, the lid fits perfectly, and it doesn't twirl around on my ceramic top stove. Plenty deep with a heavy enough bottom to be able to control the heat. I've actually used it in place of my WOK and it performs perfectly. For the price you can't miss.
